I use my TM F 5-7 in winter and it works great. I can get 2+ mags of BBs off with a single gas charge. I've used it in -10ºC and below weather without any perceivable performance decrease over warm weather use.
The biggest surprise was losing a mag in the snow once. I found the very cold mag a couple of hours later, popped it in the gun, emptied the full mag of BBs without issue, refilled, repeated. It will had enough gas to properly cycle after 2 full mags of BBs. Plastic slide + oversized mags make it awesome as a winter pistol.
