I have also been looking at XT60 since I'm ordering from Hobbyking a lot these days and their prices are so crazy low that you can actually begin to care about little details like connector ergonomics rather than just simply getting by. I strongly dislike soldering Deans and anything that would make it easier would be a huge plus.

I've read a few reviews of XT60 vs. Deans on RC sites, and people seem to really like XT60 for ergonomic factors as well as soldering (as mentioned above). I like the idea that I could load up on these on the cheap from hobbyking and know I have the "legit" ones whereas with Deans it's kind of a tossup... even when it isn't.
