Yes but no.
You can try, but last time I checked (I have a KA PS90 right next to me), the lugs on the KA are not exactly made the same.
The KA just fit in and twist (no lock)
The Madbull, you have to press-twist-lock in place. It might work, but tollerence are key here.
Technically they are designed after the same part (real Gemtech use the same locking mech as the Madbull), but the KA is soo much cheaper...
