Might be different, might be the same. With mine, what made it loose was the steel pins holding the handle boss to the cylinder had opened up from use by the previous owners (I got it in 2003, and had two previous owners, so it's one of the first CA M24s in Canada) with the heavy assed spring in it (came with the crappy CA 300% kit installed). I tried to drill more holes and then tap to put new screws in, but the metal was too hard and couldn't get through it properly, so I put up with it all these years. And ya, burrs and other things that occur in around the cylinder can bog things down as well.
