If you play airsoft in a public space - ANY PUBLIC SPACE - that is not either a designated or private field, you will be subject to all applicable laws of that space. This includes, but is not limited to: disturbing the peace, discharging a firearm, transporting a firearm, trespassing, and in the event that you accidentally hit someone with a stray bb, assault with a weapon. It does not matter that the space is outside of town or that it is infrequently visited by others. IT IS STILL A PUBLIC SPACE WHERE ANYONE, NOT JUST YOU OR YOUR FRIENDS, CAN VISIT.
