Most of the information on the M60 is chairsoft-ish. While it being pretty and full of fun little features, I very rarely hear what it's actual performance/reliability in the field is like.

So I'm wondering; what upgrades do you guys consider "mandatory" (beyond the obvious gearbox re-shim) to make the A&K M60 skrimishable?
