Hey fellas,
I'm looking to purchase myself one or two new guns in the coming months. I've got my eyes on an mp5a5 (or similar) and a colt 1911 gbb (tactical model perhaps). Both full metal. I've been reading the threads and learned a few things about what I should be putting my money towards.

For the colt, I've learned to stay away from WE brand 1911s as they are poorly made. TM 1911s seem to be the most recommended, although not full metal (from what I've gathered). KJW seems to be most recommended, just a bit more than TMs. Hicapa models also seem like a good route to go with aswel, does anyone have any recommendations for a hicapa 1911.

As for the mp5a5, I've been setting my sights on an ICS full metal mp5a5 (from mach1airsoft). They appear to be well recommended and also more affordable, compared to the newer ics mx5 that seems very nice. I've read mixed reviews on TM's mp5s. I've come across CA and G&G mp5s, but haven't read to much about their quality.

I'm not really interested in cheaping out on these guns, but of course, I'd like to find the most affordable models for what I'm after. Does anyone have any input on this?
