is it new? if it is, it's a lemon. burst disc or whatever it's called on the charger is blown.
I have the same thing on mine. burst disc goes when a certain psi is exceeded. have not tried figuring it out or fixing it as it hasn't been a major priority for me. I'll look into it eventually but I don't think it's fixable.
