If you're going for something more stable and reliable in lower temperatures i'd recommend the tm hi capa 5.1. The bigger gas reservoir in the mag allows it to run smoother in colder temperatures and can finish off a mag before running out of gas. The thinner 1911 mags obviously have a much smaller gas reservoir and thus causes it to be less reliable.
