I have read that firing air rifles requires a different grip and technique than firing a real rifle. To be specific, competition shooters will hold their air rifle extremely gently and not 'fight' the recoil forces for the most accurate shot. There were physics involved; far too complicated for me to remember but they seemed legit to me (which means there were big numbers and fancy formulas and crap).
Where would airsoft fit into this scheme? Usual AEG users don't really have any recoil to consider at all, even less than an air rifle. I don't know much about GBBRs yet (new fangled toys that they are) but I am thinking that their recoil can't be much more substantial than that....
