I personally recently got my hands on a:

Puxing PX-777 UHF

and added a Replacement 17cm UHF Whip Antenna - 460Mhz, SMA Female:

I also picked up a:

Element H-250 Military Phone (EX 117) with Kenwood two-pin

But remember, the H-250 Military Phone is loud and every transmission will be heard - not the best if you trying to be silent/stealthy.
