You'd need some arctic woodland pants and shirt, a red beret, some dark OD MOLLE vest, looks like a leg holster on the right leg and a thigh storage on the left. OD knee pads and OD fingerless gloves. Pouches however need to be black...

If you want to go gas mask style, youd need a white helmet and a gas mask with green lenses.
