Always a balance between dexterity and durability.

you can spend significant money on top end gloves that afford great dexterity but they won't last any longer than a glove that is marginally more bulky and 1/3 the cost.

I run Mechanix , check Marks also for their Dakota line I have a pair of insulated ones I have been wearing for 3 winters.. daily and using for AS .. and RS shooting.. I did wear the tip off the left index finger off ( 1st layer of leather so still no hole) loading magazines... but they have lasted 2 times as long as I expected
