You don't seem to understand that even if your gun is an Avalon, using a 11.1v LiPo in it will rip it apart under a few HUNDREDS BBs.
Even if you have a fully pimped 2000$ AEG, the same thing will happen.
16rps is easy to achieve. Get a GOOD QUALITY 9.6v 4200mAh NiMh pack, a good CHARGER (a wall converter is not a charger. If you have to calculate how long to leave it plugged, it is not a charger). A battery will be around 50-90$ depending on quality. A Charger STARTS at 60$. Under that you will have "smart" chargers that are about as smart as a 3 grader.
