Nope, voltage doesn't matter, as long as you don't excede the rating. But for AEGs, 32V will work fine because that is the MAX voltage you can push through it. So grab whatever you find and stuff it in, it'll work.

Case in point, what is written on fuses is the maximum rating for both voltage and current. Keep both below the rating and it'll last forever.
