The CA is a nice gun. Use 0.28s if you're having issues with accurate outdoor range and are shooting over 350fps.
Also might want to make sure your hopup is working properly. A good replacement for "accuracy" is target saturation.
Make sure your gun is shimmed/wired/etc properly and you have a good enough battery -- bad mini batt and the gun will barely turn over.
Obviously other suggestions like SCS + tightbore will help but they shouldn't be necessary.
EDIT: what you're expecting from an AEG might be impossible...just saying...
