bolt actions are a different playing style and not recommended as your first gun.
the dboys is shell ejecting, the issue there is people tend to loose the shells and the slightest ding makes them useless.
as for the package where are you finding this? walmart? out of canada site?
if it outside of canada you CANNOT import it.
