Thanks so much guys. It helps alot. Right now, I'll tackle one problem at a time.

One problem you suggest is the leaf spring placement.

I would think that if I'm able to the the gun back together, then the leaf spring should be put properly right?

I'm not sure what the proper way to put the leaf spring in. I just saw that it fit perfectly' so i assume that it is in properly.
