If it's going on a foregrip, you can use 1.5-2.0 inch heat shrink tubing from electronic surplus store or in a less permanent way, an old bicycle inner tube and wrap it around both the switch and grip. IMO it looks and feels the much better than tape or Velcro without actually having to spend.
