Thats an Mp5a4. The flashlight foregrip is most likely aftermarket. Ironically enough thats how I had gotten mine in a trade, but the foregrip was all mashed up, oh well.
I love the guns personally, there isn't any reason why you should toss that thing out to another player. Keep it, clean it up inside a bit and it'll work wonders for you.
And if anything, I'm sure you could sell it from 350 - 450 if its bone stock and in used condition. Hell you could get away with 500 too. With the classifieds it really depends on the seller, and how serious your buyers are.
