I'm wondering if anyone carries, has access to or knows someone who deals with raw materials when it comes to gear.

I'm looking for a 4in x 9in strap of one sided Velcro, the fluffy side (whatever it's called) doesn't matter the color. Need it for my CIRAS, to prevent a piece of the cummerband with the rough Velcro on it from rubbing my combats underneath all to hell.

Any help would be much appreciated!
