I have to find an email but Brownells quoted it. Basically the rule is if it costs <100 dollars at the wholesale level and it's "on the list". It can still be sold/shipped into Canada. UNLESS it's a shotgun part which falls under a completely different set of rules, laws and department.

Recently tried ordering one of these:

And that could not be shipped by brownells

All my other magpul stuff came in the mail just fine and included a nice piece of paper explaining to any potential american inspectors that the items where registered for export.
