Why Commercial stock? I am using Mil-Spec size for my WOC....
Also, doesn't PTS have differences between AEG and GBBR? Did you use the right one?
Most RS Magpul stuff is ITAR due to the plastic they use being formulated specifically for military, which determines its status. If you have specific licenses you can export it. But I think most retailer won't(or just plainly no bothering to do so). PTS stuff being made in China and use a commercial grade plastic gets around that even if the design is the same.
