I'm not 100% sure either about it's benefits but after see so many Jap M4 with them, there must be a good benefit. The japs are really good a tuning aegs and so if they're using them, I want to know why. Call me crazy but they build some of the craziest guns that I've ever seen. I believe that because it's just a button with such a small trigger travel, your trigger pulls will be a lot faster than the conventional assembly. Think about it. With the conventional assembly, with every trigger pull, there is that long travel before it makes contact. So with a small travel time, your shots will be instant. Just my theory.
