The magpull grip is the easy part.
You have to grind 1mm on the front section where it meets the receiver. When you try to install it without any mod, there is a 1-2mm gap at the top and it does not sit properly.
When you do this, you might also have to enlarge the motor hole a little bit to let the motor slide in the mechbox perfectly.
The hard parts will be fitting the stock and DD RIS on it. If you are lucky, your ICS rifle will have metric treads. If not, you have to rethread the upper receiver for metric. Either with a dremel and a lot of time, or with a die.
You also have to modify the buffer tube holder prong. The small tabs on both sides are made taper in both axis. So you have to file the rear part in width and each tab in thickness both sides. If you don't, you won't be able to use the buffer tube that comes with your stock, and the ICS tube is known to be a tad bit larger than most others.
