A cheaper alternative would be to use a dremel and grind off the portion preventing the QD suppressor from sitting flush.

For the attachment in the link, the outer diameter of the attachment seems to be bigger than the OD of a standard M4 outer barrel, so it might look a bit weird.
Also, for many of the CQB barrels ive seen, they dont seem to be so tight and short compared to the Guarder one that I have. Most CQB barrel have around 1" clearance from the front sight and I prefer the same thing. The only reason why I purchased the Guarder one is because they are the only company that makes 2 piece 14.5" outter barrels (besides Element of course, but i rather not go for cheap China clones).
