There's no mention of this on either Inokatsu nor Cybergun's websites. Considering the mundane little tidbits Cybergun posts in their company news section, you'd think they'd make a big deal out of something major like buying Inokatsu.

I still think it's just an agreement. These guys are in the distribution business.
