Thanks to EagleDriver for the prog info and TechSeller for the confirmation, I was able to program it and test it successfully this weekend.
I used the PX6IN1 programmation utility with the included cable on my Windows Seven x64 PC, and it worked flawlessly.
As TechSeller suggested, I selected "PX777/328 CH128 MSK+CCIR" in the dropdown menu.
I personally added a bunch of other freqs as I use it for hiking too, like the international 406.00 emergency frequency, but here I just uploaded the basic 22 FRS/GMRS channels.
Be sure to rename the file and remove the ".txt" so you're left with the ,sin extension.
