Plastic slide cycles faster and uses less gas. Pros on it is you don't need to buy spring upgrades. If you get a metal slide, you need to get stronger recoil spring.
But Pros on the plastic is that it won't wear your glock frame. Cons on the metal is it will wear down your frame and your slide.
