What about just putting 30-40 rounds in? When I fill my midcaps I always count how many BBs. 4 BBs per depression of speedloader and I usually only put 120 BBs (30 depressions of speedloader plunger) in my G&P AK74 mags. So just calculate what your speedloader puts in each depression of the plunger and multiply by the amount you want in each mag.
Having said that there is a youtube video I recall seeing on pinning AK74 AirSoft mags at realcap capacities... I think they were MAG brand IIRC.
