If you have one pda at your base and 3 team members, you can get relative distances between you and your teammates, and because you have a static member, you can find absolute distances from that point. After that, you find the gps coordinates of that point, get a gps overlay, and you should be able to see all or your team on the map. One problem is elevation, which might screw with the locations.
