The JG is fine. Just go and talk to Jeff from Capital Airsoft and he'll be able to set you up. As well you have a great gundoc in Edmonton Sam(uel) and he does great work from what I hear.
I would go with the AEG for now because GBBR's are such a new technology and with problems of it being too cold (can't fire efficiently) or too hot (fires "hot", or over the field limits) to play with it.
