I have had the lemon-lime ZYM ones they are good but they cost a lot to ship. These local ones at GNC are a good price and no shipping, just never tried them.
Love: They are great during long OP's or any time you are doing sports or activities for a long time..so yeah id call it gear. It was in General 1st..must have been moved.
