The front post on Armalites (including most if not all airsoft Armalites) is adjustable up and down, there is a little spring loaded post at the rear that needs to be pressed down in order to rotate the post (TM and some other guns come with an adjustment tool for this), you'll want to lower the front post. Also, shooting at 20ft isn't the best way to deal with sighting issues, iron sights are one thing (as tys posted above), but there is not a lot you can do with a magnified scope at that distance, 25ft is about minimum. And don't bother ever trying to set your hop up at short distances like that, won't work. Just a heads up is all.
