Anyways, for Krylon use, heres the to-do list.

1) Sandpaper the orange. If you can't get it all off that's fine, just rough it up.

2) Use a primer intended for the material the flash hider is made of.

3) Thin coat of Krylon Matte (Rustolium works better for this type of job, FYI).

4) Wait 45 mins.

5) Repeat steps 3 & 4 about 3 times each.

6) Spray a matte clear coat. MAKE SURE THE COAT IS THIN!

7) Wait 48 hours.
