I was referring to an external adjustment to easily tune the gun. But I believe the part that you left out of my quote covered that for GBB...

And by minimal in GBB, I mean you can change the velocity by 10-15% (usually upward) with the installation of aftermarket internals.

GBBR usually require some pretty extensive mods / aftermarket parts out of the box to allow that. Can be done, but at substanial cost

And I guess I should add that some guns do have external HPA / CO2 rigs and they can be adjusted, but those are the exception rather than the norm.
