LOL..."odds are", but not necessarily is the problem.....it could be a couple or any number of things.
Mack has been around for a couple of years, and I'd assume that he (or his friend), would know how to adjust motor height....though if he's never had to do it before...
As for the gun being new, anything is still possible. Odds are highly against it, but there is no such thing as flawless quality just because it's new.
