I opened mine up to check on a rattling piece inside, only to find 5-6 peices of clear and black plastic inside. The plastic piece inside the upper receiver (serves 3 functions: rear sight support, stock support & holds the spring for the ejector port [hop-up]) was in pieces. I took off the remaining chunks and MacGuyvered some washers so that the rear sight would go back on solid.
Then I noticed that almost all of the screws were overtightened - causing cracks in the clear plastic everywhere. Some small areas were completely broken.
I have accepted the fact that my gun is rendered useless. And I'm out $200.00
I will never buy clearSoft again.
Bummer, as it was my first A/S gun.
