pull the anti-reveral latch from the inside first to relieve tension on your spring, from there use a small screw driver and gently open from the back (back facing your left hand, nozzle end facing your right) stick the small screw driver into the spring guide (or into the spring guide screw depending on version,) and carefully take the spring and spring guide out before opening everything else.
