Dunno about those specifically, but they look similar to the issue Bates USMC Goretex boots, which I only have good things to say about. I wear a relatively wide size myself (CF boot size 9½ E/F), I get size 10 Wide for US boots and they fit like a glove... if I wore gloves on my feet... anyway.
I have a pair of issued M-8s too (look-wise closer to the 1st pair you posted), but prefer the Goretex
