I really don't know if you can get too rough with that mounted beneath like that, pumping a shotty can get intense! Make sure it is really secure and able to take the abuse or it will just get in the way and make your gun front heavy. If you want an idea of how sturdy it needs to be just duct tape it on and give it a few goes, now see all that wobble?
