Most of the time theses come broken.
Be prepared to change all the wires from the internal.
Also, you want to secure the counterweight on the loading mechanism. All the DBoy drums I have seen had issues because of that. The weight falls off, but that weight is what hold one of the little gears that transfer the energy from the spring to the "BB wheel". Locktight does the job well.
Forgot also, use some good NON RECHARGEABLE batteries. If you want to have a rechargeable pack, you can make one from AA batteries. Use 5 instead of 4, and you won't have any feeding issues. Remove the battery rack, put a connector on the wires. Make a AA pack and glue them using hot glue so that everything fits in there (glue the cells together, not in the mag).
