@CaptainMorgan - You are really overreacting and coming off as quite hostile. YOU grabbed a domain that belonged previously to a person who had a piss poor reputation. Now you're getting inquiries and understandably you'd like to set the record straight that you are not associated w/ "the cat".
Instead of coming onto these boards and threatening legal action and getting your lawyer involved, a better way to go about this would have been to post a friendly "hello" post explaining the change in ownership of the domain.
If you are unprepared to field further confusion regarding the name of your team/domain, I suggest changing it.
