Bell is an HFC, and it isn't a TM clone. It's closer to a KJW than a TM. What that means is that you're beat. There are no replacement / upgrade parts available for it. It's now a wall hanger and nothing more. Maybe a skilled gun doc can get it working, but honestly, if it;s broken, you're pretty much beat.
