What BB's are you shooting. In my Magpul PTS mags the madbull .28's would get jammed 1 cm below the feed lip. I would have to hit the mag to get the bb's to clear and they would just jam again. I switched back to my old reliable KSCs and have not had an issue since.
Also try lubing the mags. Put 3-4 drop of silicon oil into the mag and load the mag with BBs to oil as much of the internal chamber as possible. This didn't work for me so i ended up switching back to KSC BBs.
