I think the Bastard rep closest to you is Amos unless there're others in BC or Sask. You can PM him and see if he has any left. I think I rmb reading somewhere that he was low on the BBB's too.
edit: No idea how often they restock. You should ask them directly via the contact button on the upper right corner of the ASCMart page.
