Ive purchased an Aimpoint Comp ML2 from Huang and im debating whether I should get the one from Guarder. Does the one from Guarder offer significant improvement?

Also, Ive read that there are a few versions of the Guarder Aimpoint:

NB-13
NB-13-2
NB-13-3
NB-13(c)

Is the "c" or "3" supposed to be the best?
