at walmart, you can refund anything except games..... i mean, once , i was playing the game "World of warcraft" and i asked my mom to talk in chinese with them. They didnt offer refund but they offered exchange so i got two cd-keys

and another time, i bought a spring pistol for 29,99$ , played few days, didn't like it at all and refunded it. Simple isn't it.
