I have
this for my 74u. It easily fits two mags per pouch, 8 total, with a little pocket behind them for the extra one. Its buttons + velcro, and holds the mags in well enough. The only issue with it is its not for bigger guys, i am a skinny mother bugger and it sits on the belly on max adjustment, anyone with some heft to them will end up with the rig on their chest, which is not on.
