- Screw hole stress crack
- Just behind the charging handle a piece of plastic 1cm by 2cm broke off about two or three weeks after purchase (dust cover still blocks the opening)

- Well over 5000 probably between 10,000 and 15,000

- June 2009 6.03 tbb 363mm, matched cylinder, poly piston with bearing piston head
